Story[]
Inside of The Elysian, Los Suenõs’ abandoned resort, an illegal arms deal took action. The Black Sentinel, an organization consisting of former military personnel and ex-specialists, have a chemical weapon in their inventory. They make a deal with Los Navegantes del Caos, a South American smuggling group, who are willing to give a USIA scientist in exchange for said weapon.
The Black Sentinel originally planned to betray and kill the Los Navegantes and have both the chemical weapon and scientist in their hands, however, LSPD’s D Platoon arrive in time to stop the deal fully, rescuing the USIA scientist and reporting the weaponry to TOC.
