You're fucking with Los Locos, bitch!

Los Locos member threatens LSPD Officer during Greased Palms

Los Locos del Pacificos (Spanish:The Madmen of the Pacific), commonly abbreviated as "Los Locos", is an enemy organization in Ready or Not. The LLDP is a criminal gang that participates in the illicit drug and firearms trade of Los Sueños and its surrounding areas, as well as having connections with Mexican cartels. Los Locos are connected to the meth operation in Twisted Nerve, shown through evidence that implicates them as the operations financial benefactors. They are also connected to the Tran Brothers illegal weapons business, indicated by two Los Locos sicarios found in the attic during the mission Ends of The Earth.

They are the primary enemy faction in the missions Greased Palms and Rust Belt, also appearing as secondary antagonists in Ends of the Earth. In the Home Invasion DLC, the Los Locos appear again as the primary enemies in the mission Narcos.

The gang likely has hundreds of members, and often engages in violent confrontations with the LSPD.

Appearances[]

Ends of the Earth[]

Two Los Locos sicarios can be found in the attic of the Tran family home, where the Tran brothers keep their weapon-modifying equipment. They were presumably there to purchase illegally-modified firearms but got caught up in the LSPD raid on the house.

Greased Palms[]

The Los Locos, along with corrupt FISA agent Jack Adams, having been trafficking massive quantities of weapons through the Los Sueños Postal Service. When two LSPD detectives attempt to interview Adams about his suspicious business dealings, they accidentally stumble upon the Los Locos presence. After a large firefight, one Los Locos member is killed and an LSPD detective is in critical condition. SWAT is called in to defuse the situation.

Rust Belt[]

LSPD SWAT, FISA, and BDRTAC shut down a Los Locos tunnel system uses to smuggle drugs, guns and illegal immigrants across the border.

Narcos[]

After an undercover LSPD officer is exposed, the Los Locos attack his home and torture him severely, almost killing him. The officer is saved by SWAT, but he will likely remain permanently disfigured.

Arsenal[]

Body Armour

Trivia[]

  • The LLDP have unique members with their own voice lines. These include, but are not limited to "El Cholo," and "El Chory." These were cut from the game, but are still present in the games files.
  • The name of the gang is spelled incorrectly. The correct name would be "Los Locos Del Pacifico"
  • They were the main enemies, along with the Rebel's Rejects in the mission Checkin' In before it was cut from the game entirely and replaced with Sins of The Father.
  • In the mission Narcos of the Home Invasion DLC states that one of the 2 key suspects is well connected with the Sonoran Cartel. However, the real-life Sonoran Cartel was merged into the Sinaloa Cartel in 2007, while the Home Invasion missions take place around the early months of 2026.
    • This may have been either an oversight from the writers or done on purpose to avoid possible controversy.
